Tricia joined the Guirguis Law team in April of 2019. She has worked as a paralegal since 1995 primarily in the areas of domestic violence, personal injury, battered immigrants rights, and farm workers rights. Tricia was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico and raised in New York City. She is an Army veteran stationed all over the Middle East and Europe. She is fluent in Spanish. As our Litigation Paralegal Tricia focuses on Civil, Family and Immigration based cases at our firm. Helping people and empowering them is of the upmost importance to her. Our clients are often in dire need of legal help and very emotional. Tricia puts them at ease and patiently listens to their needs and concerns, she is extremely helpful and supportive as she explains what is required to proceed. While our attorneys are always available for our clients, Tricia is an additional resource between the clients and our firm. Our attorneys look to her often as the initial contact with our clients. She is also entrusted by the attorneys with duties such as drafting necessary documents, meeting directly with the clients, scheduling appointments and court appearances, as well as creating and maintaining the client files organized. When she is not working Tricia loves spending time with her husband and beloved Boxer Rocky.
